About Me

All Things Village: Welcome friends to my Halloween and Christmas blogs for ceramic village collectors and display creators. I would like to share with you my passion for collecting Department 56 ceramic village buildings and accessories. I have been collecting sense 1986 and have accumulated more than i would like to admit. I have always said that collecting village pieces is like eating potato chips...you just cant have one. I started out with the Original Snow Village back in 1986 and then with the North Pole series in 1997. Now i am dedicated to collecting the Original Snow Village Halloween, but occasionally collecting Christmas village pieces when they strike my fancy. I hope you will find inspiration in creating your next village display with my many Vignette's and Displays created out of styrofoam. Feel free to leave comments and ask questions.
